I'm just wondering the best way to Side with the NCR. I'm at the point in the main Quest where I can kill Mr. House or I can take the Platinum chip to the ceasers legion bunker. I killed benny and have talked to the yes man.

It sounds like you have not done all of the NCR quests....the reason I say this, is that one of the NCR quests is to go kill Mr. House.
Going to Caesars legion bunker is NOT a good idea for an NCR allied play through.
