Do any of the safe houses have a stand for the snow globes?

There seems to be one in the Lucky 38 but it doesn't do anything for me.

You have to sell them to Jane for them to appear on the one in the Lucky 38.

The stand is in one of the rooms after you buy it from the computer in the presidential suite in lucky 38.

Wait im behind where are the safehouses rather than the snowglobe stands?? I dont have any houses yet level 12 and on the strip

You have to start the Mr. House questline and he gives you a safe-house with upgradeable furniture like in Fallout 3.
