Beauty pack?

What's the current best beauty pack out for Oblivion? I remember that a year ago it used to be Beautiful People. I've seen some Beautiful People Cosmetic Library, but it doesn't work for me.

You should avoid BP as it is has compatibility issues with basically all other race mods IIRC - something about how the eyes are set up in BP leading to googly eyes issues.

I'd recommend Cobl Races, which is a lite version of Race Balancing Project, which also is excellent but does more than adding new races, hairs, eyes. With Cobl Races you can also use Cobl Races TNR, which is nice, giving NPC's not only the TNR face lifts but also hairs and eyes from Cobl Races.

You can also do this with RBP of course, but yes, it does do a number of other things to the game.

Try HGEC (females) and Robert's Body Mods (males), you can get anything you need http://teseyecandy.co.uk/forum/index.php but you will need to make a free forum account for the forum before mod lists become available, but a lot of this stuff is high res so if your Comp is not that good you might want to just stick to the basic HGEC & RBM.

btw if you don't make an account (free) you will just get the guest page and that's pretty empty

1. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5175:
The most common recommendation for newcomers.

2. Cobl Races:
It's cool but I don't use it for some reason...

3. Modular Beautiful People 2ch-Edition:
It adds much more races and hairs than Beautiful People and Cobl Races do, but the language is Japanese.
You can use it on English game, but some text would show incorrectly.
It can't be downloaded from TesNexus, you can find it by Google.

4. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29103:
It adds some special races with high quality, but it's not easy to use it creating beautiful characters (The demonstration pictures from the author are quite pretty though).

5. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30707:
The most beautiful and high quality race so far in my opinion. It's not merged into other Beauty Packs yet if I recall correctly.

Yeah, I've downloaded 4 & 5, and indeed it's not easy to make any pretty face with Xenius. Though, I guess it'll be worth that. I'm using Wrye, I've already compiled Xenius & Moonshadow with Wrye - I mean, used rebuild patch, I dunno if I've done this right.

Because original Moonshadow Elves author did't add his new hairs to the ESP and you have to add them manually by CS, I suggest you use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=31288 instead of original one if you want to use this race.
