As with all games, I try to keep the kill count to a minimum. I find it a lot more interesting that way.

Only way the punk that shot my character would be allowed to live would be for the game to be "real-world" enough that a large hollowpoint to the knee would make him walk funny the rest of his life, and his knee ache every time the weather changed- thus reminding him constantly of the grievous error he committed by not finishing me when he had the chance.

Since I doubt the damage modeling will allow for that...he dies. Period. Why he shot me is irrelevant- that he shot me is all I need to know.

Well, no matter why he did it, he DID shoot you in the head. He tried to kill you, and might have succeeded if the doctor and his robot friend hadn't helped you. No matter why he did it, it doesn't change the fact that he did it, and that kind of thing isn't something one forgives easily. Ultimately, though, the choice of whether I'll kill him or not (I'd assume we'll be given the option to spare him, anyway.) depends on the sort of character I'm playing, it depends on how nice my character is, I suppose the shooter's motives might also tie into it, after all, one might be more inclined to let him live if he only did it because he was paid, especially if the person who hired him to do it was no longer paying him. Either way, though, I'd want to know his motives simply because I usually like to know why things happen the way they do in stories.

Nothing personal.. just business ;)

He seems just awesome to me and I love the voice acting already from the few lines we heard him say.. But I'll probably shove the package down his throat while saying: "You wanted this huh? well here, have it!" After that I'll deliver the body containing said package to the guy I'm supposed to give it to. :disguise:

Depends.

If Obs pulled a John Marston as the shooter's motives, I'm going to spare him and hopefully help him save his family. Be one heck of a climix, he and I barge in guns blazing side by side.

However, if he did it for personal reasons that isn't to save a relative/friend, he's dead.

I'm sure he had his reasons, if it's for the "bigger picture" which in the end might turn out to be the best for everyone then I'm gonna let him live.
If it's for selfish and greedy reasons then I'm gonna shoot him.
But if he has an awesome personality then he's going to be my BFF. :)

It depends on his reasons like why did he shoot the courier, why didn't he want the package to reach its destination.
My character is going to be a mercenary type character where she will go with who ever has the better reward depending on a couple factors so she's probably gonna let Benny live depending on what he offers her.

I dunno, I'm on the fence on whether or not I'm going to let "Matthew Perry" live. If he entertains me like he's my own personal clown in a checkered suit, then perhaps... =p

First off Matthew Perry's a fantastic actor. Everyone who has seen Studio 60 on the sunset street knows that.

Secondly like I said before I don't see any reason to kill him than petty revenge. I like his charachter actually.
