3D Vision support

Post » Fri Jul 09, 2010 6:43 am

The latest beta drivers from NVIDIA contain a profile for Fallout: New Vegas. I was wondering if the title will be 3D Vision Ready.

Fallout 3 worked pretty well with 3D Vision, except for some problems with reflections, the sky box and glowing lights. Will these be addressed in this game? I reckon the engine used is pretty much the same, but I was wondering if the developers were actually aware of these problems.

Anyhow, I pre-ordered and have reserved a big time slot to play it. Can't wait :)

so far as I know Obsidian nor beth has done nothing to make F:NV work with any gimmicky stuff, just a plain old game ya boot up and play.

In most cases the developer doesn't have to do anything...it's all done in the video card drivers. All the dev would need to do is test the game with it and possibly tweak a few things to iron out any kinks.

Hehe...yeah, this particular one has been around before (several times), and it didn't need any help dying. The headaches it gave people were enough.
