How to get Redguard working under Windows XP

Well i tried it with my voodoo card and all the other things apart from dgvoodoo and not a chance didnt work at all;
tried it without the card it worked:S

Ooo, I don't want to necromance an old thread, but since the last post was only a few days ago:)
i always read Redguard on XP, is it not playable on Vista then? I'm trying to install it for 3 hours now on vista.
If Vista is the problem, I could as well just stop trying...

OK, to answer my question posted above,

when using Vista you better not use DosBox but VDos32 together with Glide.
It's the only way i got it to work.

No info on if anything in the OP works with a 64-bit OS?

This solution won't work on 64-bit Windows, since it's a DOS program. If you have 64-bit Windows, you need to use DOSBox.
