Greetings everyone,

I am fully aware that we have been shown a basic, low-level Brink dedicated servers FAQ. However, it does not seem to mention any rcon capacity. Is there any information that I have missed, are there other id Tech 4 rcon programs that will function with Brink, or are we going to launch without any rcon programs accompanying the game?

I'm there with you on this thread. I just preordered a BRINK server through GS and have asked them the same question. What ADMIN control will we have over our servers and is there a tool shipping with the game? Hope we can do the basics- reserved slots, kicking/banning, map selection/rotation, console messages, banner, etc.

There will be full admin control and server customisation options, but I've not heard any mention of rcon. I could guess, presume, or hope that it will be in, but it's a bit futile at this point. :confused:

DUDE plz tell me you did'nt rent a server of gameservers.com. they are the devil, no support, constant server restarts and no real consideration for the customer as the buggers are getting a controling share of the market, they need to be burned, the dediservers they have are shockingly bad compared to much smaller companies using linux and not cramming a tonne of server onto one box for the sake of profit.
