Weird Dead NPC/Creature glitch/bug!

Post » Fri Jul 16, 2010 10:45 pm

Hi I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem before & knows how to solve it (the latter being optional of course!).

When I enter an area with previously slain NPCs or creatures the dead NPCs are stood up with their arms out (as if they were on an invisible crucifix :o ) & the creatures are stood up in a normal pose. I'm sure it must be mod related as I haven't seen it in vanilla before.

Any help/opinions welcomed.......cheers ;)

Of course, the Kill Corpse function in Streamline is known to conflict with Giskard's mods (Origin of Mages Guild, CURP, The Elder Council etc.), and possibly FCOM's Black Sun Knights (from Oblivion Warcry)...

In streamline turn off the auto drop 'set SLKillCorpses to 0' and just use the manual key combination ctrl+insert. Should avoid conflicts by not having streamline constantly searching to drop the bodies.

EDIT:
Almost forgot, unfortunately you need to edit one streamline script:
scn SLdiescript
Kill Self ; this line needs to be changed to
Kill ; new line
This should prevent the dead count from increasing incorrectly.
