Not sure exactly what you mean, but http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9562 has loads of spells, plenty of which would suit mages specializing in utilizing elemental powers, such as http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXT_DTyFPK8.

Er. rather than just "bumping" when somebody asks for clarification of what you mean, why not assume that others won't know either and elaborate on your request. After all it's a bit of a strange terminology...

I looked it up on Wikipedia, and he's essentially asking for control over the classical elements (minus aether). I don't see what they want exactly though, it's a pretty vague concept. Vanilla already has fire, freeze (which is water) and shock (which is air) destruction spells, and I wouldn't be surprised if Midas adds a 'falling rocks' spell of some sort.

Thanks for the clarification of the OP. Not sure what to suggest though. Midas does indeed have a whole bunch of rock based spells. Maybe that'll do the job for you?

Midas has a whole bunch of spells that fit what you are looking for rather well I think.

I think the OP is talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avatar:_The_Last_Airbender, in which case Shock spells would actually fall under Fire Bending. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQyrmhhu2jk of some of the 'bending' done in that show. I don't know of any mods that do something like that.

Yep Midas Magic is your call, I went a step further and edited the elemetal spells, called them by their elements, and gave the to the player, instead of majicka they sap fatigue and the more powerful ones can be learned by using Tomes/spell scrolls..thats the best I could do if one could reach functionality like the fearsome magicka mod and the redone magicka where you dont buy the spells you learn them, then it will be complete

I agree that Midas Magic probably is the closest you'll come, but as a fan of the series, I'd like to point out that Bending is sort of a martial-arts type deal, rather than just straight magic.

Personally, I'd do it by having a Summon (invisible) Gauntlets-type spell that does elemental damage on touch or on target... not something Oblivion is really capable of, unfortunately.
