This is an odd occurance my character's pipboy is covered in confetti. It was fine yesterday and today it's bugged. I havn't done any changes to my computer or game that know of.

Edit: Restarting the computer fixed it.

Corrupted/faulty shaders? You notice those things on older games as well

Apparently it's also affected my older saves too.
