I have tried everything and the legion still hates me. I have used the console to make my rep higher but they still attack me. I don't have any conpanions and didn't have any when I got the Mark of Caesar. I went right to the cove after I got the mark.

what are you wearing? if you are dressed as ncr they will attack you on sight.
