I'm happy to hear that you haven't had bad experiences with them. I however, have. Neither of our experiences is more correct than the other, but I know I'm sure as hell not going to forget about them breaking my computer then weaseling their way out of paying the insurance, and you telling me you haven't had any bad experiences isn't going to change that.

The only thing I don't like about shipping is that when I order music, movies or games from Play.com, the local customs ALWAYS opens my packages.

I mean c'mon, do they rip the stuff I paid for themselves or what?

Guess what I found out today?

DHL "lost" my copy of GOTY between the delivery terminal and my house. I get my money back, and now I'm ordering it off of Amazon.

I honestly have had very few problems with shipping things and I have purchased a ton of things online.

The only troubles I have are with selling games one eBay. Apparently gamers aren't exactly eBay masters considering they never read my ads or think before they bid so I end up getting the biggest problem buyers :facepalm:

Once, around the time Ebay was first starting up, i bought a guitar... The guitar was delivered through UPS or FedEx, i cant remember..
When i got home one particular evening, i go to take out the tash i notice next to my bin on the side of the house there is a box.. Inside the box is the guitar that i bought!

it had been delivered while i was out, and instead of notifying me, or returning to get my signature, they just left it on the side of my house.
I told the seller (who had that package insured) that i never got my guitar and a week later got a second guitar on UPS'/FedEx's dime.
