He's still effectively "killed off" though, he it would be extremely difficult for him appear in his current state in a future game

Unless Bethesda's personal Writes Guild decides it would be a good idea for him to communicate through his trees who's spread out quite a fair bit.
Or maybe they want to turn him into an Ent.
Or hell, maybe we find a small plant which is Harold baby. :ahhh:
