Do you want there be blacksmiths working on some weapons as you walk around the city and hear the metal bashing when you inside another shop?
I would.

Do you want butterflies too? I would. Oh and oranges please. I'd like microbes. Would add a lot to the game.

Damn right. I understand why people want spears, transportation systems, levitation and to see your feet in 1st person, but to me none of this matters without the culture and interactions in the towns. The towns and villages are what turn a game from a hack and fireball dungeon crawler to a representation of a world, and imho the better they are, the more enjoyable the game.

...and microbes probably, but I play as a wood elf and rarely catch a disease.

Yes it would be nice. I also like the thread where music and entertainers were mentioned. I would be neat walking around town and stumble upon a few musicians. It adds to the atmosphere.

I think I can sum my feelings concerning atmosphere in this sentence:

I want Skyrim to feel alive and vast (but sometimes mysterious and ancient too) and concerning landscapes and cities; I also want Skyrim to feel frightening, mysterious, and deadly in or near dungeons; finally, uniqueness should be a common factor for everything in the game.

I think this was confirmed in the GI magazine, there are going to be lots of touches like that.
