I believe a year or so ago when I was still playing Oblivion, I had a mod that added more powers and what not when you became a Duke/Dutchess in Shivering Isles.

I can't really find it anywhere because I have no idea what its called. Could anyone find this for me? Actually, any enhancements to Shivering Isles are welcome, feel free to post your favorites.
