I chose Sheogorath as my favorite daedra. Not for the typical "He was funny in the shivering Isles!" and reasons like that. I chose him because out of all the daedric lords, Sheogorath seems to be the most sadistic of them all. Now if we had the chance to meet all the daedric lords and have a chat with them, like we could with Sheogorath....in a way, I'm sure my decision would've changed. To who i don't know but, if I had to choose, Molag Bal would be my next one. Followed closely by Hermaeus Mora.

Mortals, because although some gods represent change, the sphere of no single god itself ever changes, while mortals always change.
Mara, because she is one of the deities who represent things that make sense of this world.
Sheogorath, because of his contradictary element: he is very wise, but also totally mad! Followed by Hermaeus Mora.

Dunno if you counted Lorkhan...

Anyway, I chose daedra because they are irrefutably real (in-game of course) and they always have some greater goal in mind.
My favorite divine is Talos because he is the only divine that actually gave me something of value which was a single coin on my way to Red Mountain.
It took me a damn long time to figure out which daedric lord is my personal favorite but I went with Hircine as I have the most respect for him and he's the only daedra who's behind I kicked in one on one combat.
