theory on hero of battlespire

Post » Thu Aug 26, 2010 6:30 pm

I don't know if this has be stated before or not but I have come up with a theory that could connect Divayth Fyr to the hero of the battlespire. we know that divayth fyr has four daughters that we know of. well acoarding to UESP their names corrispond to the first three and fith greek letters respectively. well the battlespire hero could have been male or female but maybe the fourth if there was one was the hero of the battlespire. well anyways if one of his daughters or maybe an experimental son of his was the hero of battlespire it would explain why he has the artifacts in his tower. what do yall think? again sorry if this theory has been stated before I searched and couldn't find anything similair.

actually thats a good point, but there might already be a reason why their is no 'fourth' child, not that i know it.

There is no evidence at all of a fourth child, though your Battlespire/Divayth Fyr idea holds some water. This theory has also been conceived by other forum members, too.

This said, no one has found enough evidence to sufficiently substantiate this idea.

I find the idea far-fetched. Divyath's "daughters" are more like clones. Therefore, if there was another 'child' it would be Dunmer in appearance.

I highly doubt the hero of Battlespire was a Dunmer, given that the player character in Battlespire is supposedly training to be a Battlemage (?).

Why is that significant?

Well, I guess I just never think of Dunmer as being in the Empire's service willingly. :P

I'll admit, I have but third-hand knowledge of Battlespire's storyline via TIL. Would not the offspring of Fyr follow, instead, the Telvanni traditions of magical mastery, rather than the trials of the Imperial Battlemages?

Well in the game of battlespire the other person that helps you through battlespire Vatasha Trenelle/Josian Kaid is I believe a dunmer but I could be wrong please correct me if I'm wrong. but anyways a dunmer wouldn't mind serveing because afther all this does take place around the time of jagar tharns rule. but this theory would unite both the theory that Divayth Fyr is and isn't the hero of the battlespire. some believe he is the hero. if my theory is true it would explain that divayth fyr is the hero just not him himself a clone of him and if there is a fourth clone it would make sinse why it doesn't appear because its the hero of the battlespire and we don't have a definite answer of what he/she looks like.
