Well, I recently Bashed patch a crapload of mods to the best of my abilities (and understandings of BOSS's suggestions..still have no idea what Delev is or why there are so many different Actor things which I can't seem to find in Bash..) and launched Oblivion. Seems to run fine, except when the game loads the Oblivion logo is gone, replaced by a white rectangle (this is before you get to the main menu, on that one loading screen). Keep in mind I'm using a couple things that aren't listed here as they are just textures (such as IFT and DarkUI Darn). There's also a few MMM plugins and the TNR mod that I've merged into the Bashed patch. Here is my load order, and please excuse the fact that I can't figure out how to make the damn code box have a scrollbar:
