Fire Fighters / Rescue Teams - very good idea, though it is quite possible that say the security detail shares these duties, in my mind anyway.

Shift Manager - ahh yes another pencil pusher, excellent idea, we do indeed need people to manage the time others spend on their jobs.
(these would probably be senior staff members people who have worked the job for a long time and know how it needs to be handled)

Dentist - yes another specialty for the medical profession thank you very much.

Heating & Airconditioning - this would probably be handled by the engineers/maintenance crew, thanks anyway.
