Ability Pips; Refill too slowly?

What would you place to remove spamming of abilities?

I think you miss understood what he ment, when he said, "I would remove refillable pips if it were up to me.." there would only be that many actions in that life, no refill only what you start with, so in affect there would be less uses in the game and would be less spamming then the system in place now.

No, because because then Engineers would place like 10 turrets and it would be over powered.

no it wouldn't seeing that you can only lay down one turret

I think it looks fine. I won't know for sure until it's out, but as far as I'm concerned it is the way it is, of course I guess with post release adjustments that's no longer the case.
