Fixed My Black Screen Freeze

I tried every fix in the posts here and nothing help. So I decided because most people can play it must be a hardware problem. I went ahead and download PC Wizard ( http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/pc-wizard.html Freeware ) to be able to look at my hardware temps I noticed that this game even though I have game that require more seemed to be heating my GPU up way more then it should. I also notice the default setting on my fan speed was 50% and didn't change so I decided download Riva Tuner ( http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner there is ATI and Nvidia Versions) I used this program to set my fan too 100% speed when ever I use 3D rendering. I also took my GPU card out and cleans the heat sink and fan. Started up Fallout NV and I just played for 6 hour strait (Crashed every 5 minutes before I did this)

Hope this help some one else with the same problem!
