Invisible Armor/weapons No Icons

Hey people, I know there's another thread about this by S.T.A.L.K.E.R. but I think his problem is a little more complicated than mine since he's been editing the bones and textures himself, I'm just having problems while playing the mods I've installed. Most armor parts appear invisible when equipped and don't have an icon when they appear in the inventory menu such as fur and iron. I also found some arrows that have no icons and when I shoot them they dont do damage (it's as if they dont exist). Also HUEG yellow squares with exclamation marks (classic sign of missing mesh) instead of some weapons.

And yes they've been bashed according to the tags suggested by BOSS, and I've ticked the merge checkboxes as well as the import ones following the FCOM guide and the TESIVPositive step-by-step guide. Just out of curiosity "Francesco's supplementary addon package." I think I have it, but I dont know does it come with fran's regular installation or is it an additional download? If so were can I get it? Thanks for your time and forgive my noobness.

EDIT: Oh and Ruined Tail has no voice (???)

Well since this is a problem incredibly frequent and I dont want to waste people's time by answering these common problems, can someone redirect me to an FAQ or a site which tackles these problems specifically?

Check your installation, make sure the mesh folders are in the right place and the meshes are actually there, also missing icons might have something to do with being assigned only for females

I think you have to check your Oblivion .ini and see that your Francesco BSAs are properly "registered".

I think thats the problem I dont have francesco's meshes and stuff as a .bsa but as seperate files, should I download the .bsa (where can I get it?) and it will overwrite and possibly fix this?

EDIT: I just tried this out, I reinstalled fran's AND IT DOESNT INSTALL ANY .BSAS!! Is it incompatible with windows 7? Where can I download the .bsas separetely?
