How do you get in/rep with the Gun Runners? : Fallout: New Vegas

The only possible quest I know of that you can do for the Gun Runners is giving that guy scrap metal to ship over to the NCR guy. I haven't completed that quest yet because he wants 100 scrap metal and id rather not give someone 100 scap metel which I can use for a lot of weapon repair kits. I just beat the game working for the NCR and im hoping the Gun Runners aren't sided with the NCR.

Anyway so if anyone know's how to pick up quest that get you repped with the Gun Runners let me know thanks.

Are there any quest for them? I want access to there HQ building without having to kill everyone to do it.

If you sneak, you won't have to kill them.
