I Could Make You Care Quest Help : Fallout: New Vegas

Im doing I Could Make You Care, and I choose to retrieve the farming tech from Vault 34 and when I go to the terminal it just says Hud stability or something like that at 31%, I already did the side quest There Stands The Grass, and I got the research data and saved Keely. Whats the problem, why can't I retrieve the data? The terminal worked for the other side quest, but not this quest....

Did you destroy the research data! If so then you are borked! If you didn't destroy it then the quest may be bugged.

I kept the research data and gave it to the one guy, Do I have to talk to the guy in OSI again?

Same here, just find the pulse gun instead, worked for me. Also pulse gun is beyond OP vs. robots and power armor.

Pulse gun is the only condition I can find for completing it. Not found anything on "farming tech" yet.

beyond overpowered, one shot kills any robot or dude in power armor...
