Doesn't really affect me. I probably wouldn't care in the first place, but I normally play as the dominating race in the province. In MW I played a dark elf, in Oblivion I played an Imperial (& Dark elf because they're cool :biggrin: ) so in Skyrim I'm probably going to play a Nord for my first play through.

In short version, he said that every race can became Dovakinn....uhhh i mean Dragonborn cuz it's matter of talent or power ,not bloodlines.

It's always a matter of clever RPing. I maintain that you can make anything you want to do make sense if you just think up the right kind of character. Other commenters have mentioned how they did this effectively in Morrowind and Oblivion. You can find a way to do it in Skyrim, I'm sure.
