I would love to live down south where it is consistently warm and sunny but if I had to pick one other type of weather it would be anywhere from a steady rainfall to a downpour.

Wild grey skies and warm winds.

I like so many different types of weather that I'd have to vote for them all (except hurricanes/tornadoes, which I've never been [un?]fortunate enough to experience personally). I'm a winter person at heart, but I love the sun on a clear day too - especially at dawn and dusk. I love rain, light or heavy, especially falling on a river or lake.
Heavy or light snow is beautiful - we got quite a good cold winter here late last year, and I walked & trained a lot in heavy snow. Something about rainfall in a city at night appeals to me deeply as well, but I don't know why, as I've spent very little time in cities.

Cloudless, sunny summer days are all I could really say I don't specifically like, and only because I associate that weather with more people being around.

I like my day with sunshowers, then shortly after nice clear day with moderate winds.

Moderate warmth and cloudy with spots of sun. Early fall, late summer-ish.
Warm enough to be able to out in just a shirt and need a hoodie or other clothing of same thickness in the evening.

Overcast with rain(or SNOW! I LOVE snow, but it's rare where I live). I can't stand the sun(too bright!), and for some reason blue skies can make me feel a bit melancholy, go figure.

Wind.
Not the extremes of hurricanes and tornadoes. Just a nice windy day.
Windy days bring new fresh air. Wind brings change.
It might be a storm approaching, or a storm system about to push on.
Wind signals a coming cool front to get rid of oppressive heat, or an approaching warm front at the end of a long winter.

Its time for me to be blowing on now.

The perfect day would start with a heavy downpour of rain. As the moring progress and you finish your morning routine and browsing some internet they sun should appear with no clouds in sight(except that large one that just passed). The sun shines brightly the whole day and when it sets the thick rain cloud comes back and rain starts falling again. To bad this never happens <_<

I like rain, but I like sunshine too. I like them separately and together. :)

Warm with sunshowers. I love the snow until cars and such turn it into to muddy slush. Still nice as it's falling though.

I like the hot rain in the summer. I love just going outside and standing in it.

Speaking of weather. Just had a massive storm here in NC. Couple dozen tornados they say. Which is weird since we rarely have a tornado a year here.

I like the evening feel when the sky is blue and the sun is out, but theres a big storm system rolling in, and you can smell it and the wind feels nice.

Thunderstorms. Especially right before they hit. The more dark and brooding the better. Beyond that Sunny and partly cloudy with a mild to strong wind.

While I generally despise Wisconsin weather, I love the summer thunderstorms. The whole world is covered with an oppressive stillness while clouds gather on the horizon. Then comes the storm's vanguard, the sweeping wind that rushes over the land, creating swirling patterns in the corn and the grasses. In the distance, the thunder rumbles, a gentle foretelling of the fury to come. After the wind comes the silver curtain of rain that purefies body and soul, washing away the grit of summer dust and modern living. With a flash and a mighty clap, the storm announces its arrival. The lightning alternately throws the world into sharp relief and plunges it into deep darkness. The echoes of each peal of thunder growl across the sky, until they merge into one endless sound. Then the storm is passed, and the world drifts into a dew-laden langour that lasts until the sun returns to burn it away.

I picked two: Heavy Rain, because I just love the sound of an absolute downpour as it pounds against the roof and windows. It's just so relaxing. Has sent me to many an unplanned nap.

After that, Heavy Snow. I like seeing 1-2 feet of snow completely covering everything. It's even better when it's powdery snow and the wind is blowing, because then you get stretches where there are only a few inches covering the ground, but other places where the snow has drifted to 3-5 feet. A beautiful sight in my eyes.

Thunderstorms, but specifically right before the storm when the clouds look cool and the wind is blowing and the air is humid, all the plants seem to awaken and its really calming. Its like this a lot during the fall, which makes it double cool.

It makes me sound depressive but I love cold, windy, overcast weather. Luckily I live in a place where the sun might shine, maybe, 40 times a year. I love getting on my bike and just enjoying the apocalyptic feel of the day.

I absolutely LOATHE sun showers, I hate them so much it's always so muggy and horrible.
