I really loved MM series especially MM7 for Blood and Honor, and will be looking forward to this.

By the way, I hope to incorporate some of game engine basics of MM7 into Oblivion in the next releases of my "Pure Immersion".

Things like:

You would not be able to progress your skills past some levels unless get instructed by a tutor. So you have to be *Promoted* to be able to become expert and master at skills.

You have to be taught how to use weapon and armor types, like light armors, or axes.

...

I will be following this mod's progress for sure. :)

Dragonfly looks fantastic as if teleported and transformed into the world of Cyrodiil. The interior screenshots are amazing. It will be like making the original buetiful MIGHT AND MAGIC still picture interiors come to life in more then one 2d dimension. Thanks for all the hard work and time you are putting into creating this work of art :foodndrink:

Hi Hellbishop

I am one of the interior designers of the Might & Magic Jumper series and have thus far produced 22 interiors so to hear you say you think the interiors are amazing was really nice of you, so thanks, its nice to know all my hard work is pleasing the people that matter.

You can all rest assured that not only will all these mods be worked on until completion but they will be released one by one as each is finished.

I am so glad that our work is getting a positive response, so THANK YOU TO ALL who have posted feed back.

A little update on quests & NPC's:
Main Quest: 99% - Only waiting for some stuff to be completed before we can finalize it.
Side Quests: 10% - Just started building the side quests, but their not big, so it won't take long.
NPC: 99,9% - I have completed the NPC's. Only some Face Perfection still remains.

Hi All

Firtly I would like to assure everyone that these mods are still progressing rapidly and Episode one, is now in Beta 3 Testing as we speak. All that remains then is the voice acting to put in place, which will not take long as all the necessary equipment is at our disposal.

I as the main Interior Designer and Decorator have only come across one problem which I would like to throw open for assistance to all who may be willing to help us.

As you all know the Jumper Series Mod is being made in the Oblivion Editors etc, so naturally all the book contents are written on oblivion, and whilst it is ok to use these books as markers or for screen shot purposes. It is not realistic for a player to play our mods for Might & Magic only to find Oblivion books and content.

I have gone back to playing some of the earlier Might & Magic games in the hope of finding books to use with the correct history, but there does not seem to be any thus far.

Therefore if any of you Might & Magic Enthuiasts can help me create a full library for the Might & Magic Series to add to the realism in game, I would be most grateful.

Whilst you will know with mods there is no payment available, any persons helping out and contributing will of coure be named in the credits for this mod.

We are looking to be able to write books on History, Lore, Magics, potions, Armours, Weapons, Religions, Lands, Geography's etc for the Might & Magic Jumper Series. All and any assistance would be most welcomed. If you feel you could help in anyway please contact me through our forum at http://hypergame2k8.yuku.com or post a reply here and I will get straight back to you.

Thank you all for your continued support with this mod.

Very cool, I've just seen this for the first time! I'm a long time M&M series, starting with M&M3 and ending with that horrid IX (though I got to play Dark Messiah as well, Ubisoft's most successful attempt to kill a wonderfull franchise...).

Will follow this with great interest. However, I mean no offence (it's rather a very friendly advice), but, as mentioned before, I hope the quests text will be a bit more careful edited than your forum posting, DrakeDB... ;) I also type pretty damn fast, and English is not my primary language, but try to keep in some appearance of proper grammar and punctuation (and I dare you type faster than myself! :) ).

Cheers,
PKR.

I am interested and I am sure there are others like me, but most are waiting to see it complete I think before reacting in any way. The only M&M I played was M&M VIII, but I loved it, I played it non stop for a year. So I am happy to see that this project to recreate this world in oblivion is being made, so good luck!

all i have to say is play mm 7 by far the best of the series. im so glad i stumbled on this as i still have and still play this game on my pc. i definitely hope this gets completed. :)

Painkiller, I can assure you the grammar and punctuation is good in the mod, as it's gone through excessive testing. :)

We're still looking for an Interior builder for the project, to ease the work of Lilith, who has been doing a lot of work! (She's our interior builder AND management)

So, if anyone's interested in joining us, come to out forum and apply to join! :)
You don't have to be great in interior building at all. Really, you don't have to have done t before! When Lilith started working on interiors, she hadn't even touched the Construction Set before!
And she's also VERY helpful if you ever need help with your interiors. So, apply on out forum now, and join out team! It's a tight-knit team, and you will be warmly welcomed! :D

LOL.......i must be the only person on earth that actually liked dark messiah despite its linearity. the combat was lots of fun and the magic system was kept simple yet useful without overdoing it. i still play it once in a while to try out new ways to kill the bad buys. there are a couple of mods that fix some of the more glaring issues like useless bows and weapon balance and even makes the obscure weapons like axes and stuff useful.

goddam i wish i could help. :( i simple cant wait for this to be released.

Screenies look great, but you really need to sell the whole idea to us if you want attention. For those of us who haven't played any of the M&M series games and are unfamiliar with the world, perhaps you could give us a synopsis of the storyline, highlighting important aspects that will be included in the gameplay.

How will this be similar to the Oblivion gameworld; how will it differ....? Heroes, villians, factions, places of interest, challenges, quests, brief description of the character we would play, etc.....

Don't spend too long on it - we do want you to complete the mod ASAP!!! :)

Well, the idea of comapions from M&M is out, so that will not be included.
The places will be excactly like in M&M, and we're trying to get it as close to the original as possible, but some things may not be like the original though.

The quests will also be the same as in M&M, with a few side quests that we have added to add more gameplay.
Dialogues are taken straight from M&M so also that will be the same.

I hope this answered some of your questsions?

A little Update:
Exterior: 100%
Interior: 100%
Quests: 100%
NPC: 100%
Spells: 0% - We need someone to make these, as they require good knowledge in scripting.

We are currently Recruiting:
A Scripter with knowledge in how to make complex scripted effects.

Great to see an update! I wish I could help, but for the moment even my own WIP is suspended... Try InsanitySorrow for scripting, he's quite good and very adaptive - if he'll like the project, you'll have the best support from him.

Cheers,
PKR.

Good luck on finding someone to help script. I've always loved the M&M universe, mainly the Heroes Of games.
