Perks patch?

First off thank you for finally patching the .357 magnum, Hunting Shotgun, Cowboy Repeater, Lever-Action Shotgun glitch. It still doesn't [censored] the gun when I'm moving but at least I can fire. And also for making the followers appear on the map. How they dissolve when dismissed is dumb. But, whatever it takes to make it work at this point I suppose. Also, for making the crafting ingredients more simple and reasonable.

Secondly why don't you fix the perks so that they do as they read? Paralyzing Palm still works when armed but says that it only works when "completely" unarmed (just like in Fallout.3)

l really HATE this new perk system where you can only choose on even numbered levels and most of the perks are unreasonably hard to get when they become available early in the game makes no sense.

As mentioned, it's not new. Fallout 1 and 2's perks were even more difficult to get. The idea is to make the game a challenge when compared to Fallout 3 which was not difficult in any way.

Completely unarmed = you are wielding an unarmed class weapon.

They should reword the perk text w/ "not wielding a weapon" if they intend it to work only when you have no weapon equipped.
