why was my thread locked?

Post » Wed Oct 20, 2010 3:44 pm

Hey.. :P

Im curious as to why my thread that was helping to organized information for the masses.. was locked?

I realize it may have appeared to be advertising because I was the first to post. However.. the thread is no different then the one started about fan sites and tournaments. The thread I started was meant to organize that information for the masses.

CSN has no intentions on flexing an e-[censored] in eSports. I have been doing this for 10 years now and have found that if we want to grow eSports in North America and Europe we will need to share resources and work together. I strongly encourage other organizations to post their information... so that these resources can be shared with the community and used to help build and grow the community.

Please message me with the reason for locking the thread.

Thank you.

There is already a thread that served the same purpose as yours.

You probably reached post limit or it was marked as spammy or in the wrong part of the board.
Not trying to be aggressive (I must stretch this point cause people ALWAYS think I'm being aggressive) but you'd probably be better off sending a message to a mod instead of making a whole new thread. You're not likely get a response on here unless Summer is the one to lock it (and we all know this is gonna get locked) and even then it's iffy..

When such situations happens never make a thread about it - Always PM the moderator that locked your post.
This way you are not breaking the rules, keep the boards clean and inevitably you will get your answer alot faster this way.
