After 124 hours and the 'patch' lol, I finished the game. But I cannot seem to be able to continue to play. After the credits you can only 'load' a previous save. Unfortunately my saved saves are in Camp Legate and it will not let me transport to another place.

Despite the misery of the patch problem, this is still the best game EVER made. You get an A+ for the game and a D- for P.R.

Sorry man, they advertised this quite heavily. The game ends, the warning before the final battle asks you if you want to wait and do some other things before moving on, that's your cue to make another save at that point before you start the battle (preferably earlier so there's a few more options available to you but either way). You're going to have to start a new game as there's no way to get away from the Legate's camp (without glitching the entire game out as I saw someone on the forum did, forget how that happened).

When the DLC comes out, will it let you continue the game, similar to Broken Steel?

Obsidian have stated many times that the ending is a definitive ending. No continue and they have no intention of making a DLC that invalidates the ending by allowing you to continue.

They've also stated that you must load an existing pre-game end save game for the DLc or start a new game.
