When i first got to nellis air force base theres a file cabinet in mother pearls barracks and there's a note in there saying something called codename circuitbreaker was to be moved to vault 34's armory and it gets entered into your pipboy, i've been to vault 34's armory both before and after i got this note and i didn't find anything unusual, anybody have any idea what it means??

I am pretty sure it refers to the pulse gun...it is in a vault but lol I can't remember which one I found it in. I think it was the one where you have to do the Hard Luck Blues quest in...

i know what your talking about, i know where the room that contains the "circuitbreaker" and i have a key for it, but it still wont open? anyone else have an idea?
