How do you activate pc console for use in cheating? : Fallout: New Vegas

If you go to CHEATHAPPENS sight and if your a MEMBER you can look up under FALLOUT NEW VEGAS cheats and you will find a new downloadable guide pdf format-that contains all the FALLOUT NEW VEGAS
cheats/codes includeing the ones that are the same as FALLOUT 3 and the new item and weapon codes specificaly for NEW VEGAS.

Or you could just go to the Fallout Wiki for free. :rolleyes:

now I am frustrated. I just tried to open the console and it won't open. How did it open one time and not the next. and yes I did turn off my xbox 360 controller off and used the keyboard. Please someone help me
