I would like to make Ultimate poll part III, IV, V, etc

Should necromancy be aviable for the player?

As far as we know it will be. According to the Infernal City the Mages Guild has dissolved into two different organizations. The College of Whispers and the Synod. The latter has re-discovered the spell for levitation. And if I recall correctly one of them is not against necromancy. Unless something else happened in the 150 years between the Infernal City and Skyrim I would bet on both organizations being in the game.

Are "Ultimate polls" really necessary? We've had polls for all of these things before -- and there's ever been several that have synthesized many or all of these things like you do in yours.

And btw, you don't need to formulate every question as a Yes/No thing --- if you do that you reach the max amount of questions really quickly. You should rather have a question like "What kind of features would you like in the game" than have the different alternatives - you get the same poll, but in less space
