If there are werewolves in skyrim, the transformation should be great. I hope that if it is in, on the day of the full moon your character starts acting weird (Walking different, sharply looking around, sounds different and sometimes grunts as he holds in a howl). when these signs start to occur you are given a clear signal that you are going to transform. Time to get somewhere safe? or stay in the town to unleash yourself on the people of skyrim! I think that if you transform whilst wearing armour, it should break (so you have to repair it) because lets face it, it isnt going ot fit a huge wolfman now is it. And if you are wearing just cloth clothes they could break away or stay on and maybe rip or something.

Werewolves have nothing to do with a full moon in Elder scrolls, they transform every single night regardless of the moon.

And a real time transformation would be way too difficult to do when they can get the same effect from a mini cinematic thing.
