Again, there is evidence of dinosaurs in cold climate, besides, it's like saying "Mammals don't like the cold"

I mean dragons are flying fire breathing dinosaurs. At least throw in a T-rex like dragon or something for a little variety.

to everyone saying they found dinosaurs in cold environments, therefore it works is wrong. first off when the dinosaurs were around the world didn't look like it does now nor did it have the same climate, and most dinosaurs are lizards which are cold-blooded and it is impossible for lizards to live in arctic temperatures so no, or you could look at it as Nirn and Earth aren't the same place so who knows maybe there arent any dinosaurs??? 1 last example for anyone who needs it: Just because they find remnants of dinosaurs in Siberia doesnt mean the dinosaur lived in Siberia as we know it and quite possibly never lived in Siberia but do to the continents forming his skeleton moved to where Siberia is today. oh and i would rather not have dinosaurs in my TES games

Dinosaurs remains were found in land masses that migrated toward the northern pole. They probably died when it was in a more temperate location and the plates... they never sit still.

EDIT: meh, I think I was beat to it.

They already did Dinosaurs in Morrowind, but hopefully the Dunmer took some Guar to Skyrim with them

a guar was hardly a dinosaur lol. it hardly even looks like one. more like a big bipedal lizard.
