Vampire and Werewolf abilities/perks

As a vampire or werewolf would you like the option of being able to turn/infect NPCs with your disease? Say when the sleeping you give them a bite on the neck to change them to a vampire and having them follow you. Or while there sleeping get the option to kill them aka sandman perk just for your vampire drain them of all there blood or werewolf, um idk start eating them. Honestly I wouldn't mind if i can infect an entire city causing them to turn and now only be active at night. I personally loved the the Vampire mod that allowed you to have a vangs, better eyes, blood from your mouth when feeding, feed from a kiss and from an awake NPC, and have a turned vampire follow you and have him feed off sleeping people too.

What would you like to see, have or do?

Also but off topic I would love to kill a king and queen or become a king.

I think you should be able to infect NPCs but I think they should be able to cure themselves within 3 days like the players can. Becasue if everyone in a town becomes a vamp or werewolf the guards would just kill everyone off. But it would be cool if some people got inflicted and it slowly spreads.

I think it would be cool, but it seems like perks are only going to be skill related. Maybe the sandman equivalent can be a sneak perk. But yeah if they can incorporate in vampire/werewolf specific perks it would be cool and really help define a unique character.

there shuld be certain perks but being able to turn a whole town into vampires is unrealistic. im sure they wuld get a vampire hunter to hunt my butt down and kill me by then...or they wuld grow half a brain and move. and i think that wuld ruin immersion by turning everyone. i wuld hate to bite one person and he starts a big chain of turning people. anywayyyy... i dont really want to turn alot of people. maybe unnamed npc's. generic npc's would be fine. turn them cause someone would replace them later anyway. and also i wuldnt mind it if the guards killed them.
