I'd like my arm not up in my face blocking my view myself, thanks. Just like I don't want the "block parts of the screen to simulate a helmet" bit that some folks call for.
Meh. I can take this or leave it...
Er...add so much annoyance, maybe. Is my character just breaking in a new set of legs, or is there some other reason for him being a clumsy oaf? Or are you proposing a new walking control system where we have to manually use our controls to place each foot for each step?

I was using the arm in the face as an example really, just to get my point across. As for the falling I'm talking about when you actually fall of a ledge. Im not proposing a new way of walking or making the character really clumsy, just that once you've fallen a certain height that your legs cant handle then rag doll physics come into play and you watch from the 1st person your character helplessly tumble down a ravine. Instead of a "UH" and glide down the rest of the way. It makes no difference to how you play the game at all!
