All this to say that Esp Trashing IS BAD...
That's the story, I cleaned all my esps and rebuild the bashed patch BUT I forgot to reghost the non-active esps before launching the game.
Result is some of the things I mentioned before, strange things happens, very strange things...
I did then all the standard things one do when the game go bonkers, regenerate ini, rebuild patch in various manners, put back the "unclean" esps but to no avail then I SEE, autoghost...and BAM the strangeness vanishes
