Will your first playtrough be on hardcoe mode? : Fallout: New Vegas

hardcoe mode is a separate mode from normal difficult. So you can play on very easy with hardcoe mode turned. Or Very hard with hardcoe mode off.

Thanks, Ill probably be doing my first play through on hard hardcoe then.

Hey guys, my brother needs some help, he is....dare i say it....a.....casual gamer.....He plays Dragon Age on easy and still says its hard, he thinks Call of Duty Modern Warfare is hard, and all in all, he just cant game for [censored]. And I dont know what to do, any advice guys? I mean, hes a year older than me and hes still awfull, please, the boy needs help, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does he still have fun playing on those settings, or is the challenge creating more anger than pleasure?

SHOVE STALKER DOWN HIS TROATH! Make him beat it on at least Stalker difficult, if he manages to do it then no more worries.

Buy him a copy of Disciples 3. (Last I looked, Walmart sells it). Its a different kind of game. See if he likes it. :shrug:

Yep. Unless for some reason there's something about hardcoe mode I find annoying I doubt I'll even try the normal mode. I found most of Fallout 3 to be a little too easy, stimpacks too abundant, survival aspects somewhat nonexistent, etc. On paper hardcoe mode sounds like something I'll love and I liked the mods for the PC version that added similar features, but we shall see.
