I keep having this glitch that happens whenever I read books or talk to any NPCs.

Everytime it causes a double activate, like if I talk to someone and end the conversation it causes me to talk to them again. When I read a book and press spacebar just once, after I close the book it will popup again as if I had read the book again. I tried changing the controls but this doesn't really do anything.

If anyone has experienced this problem before or has any input please offer it.
