Perk Ideas?

This is pretty much a place to dump all the ideas you have for perks.

I saw a thread like this a while back and wanted to see a new one because I think that Bethesda still has time to code in a few perks.

I'll kick it off with the ones I posted in the old thread:
Highwayman- Requires Speechcraft and a Combat Skill to be >= 40.
You can attempt to scare a traveling merchant into giving you their goods and money.
The greater your speechcraft and Combat Skills, the more likely you are to succeed.
(This is from my first thread suggesting traveling merchant convoys and tax shipments.)

Lord Death of the mountain of Pain-
As in New Vegas, this is earned by killing everything.
Each rank brings increased damage, up to 3 ranks granting a + 5% to damage.

Furry Fandom-
Increases disposition with the beast races, and provides
unique dialog options with some Khajiit and Argonians.

Fire spells.... smells like victory- Requires a destruction of at least 40.
Increases all damage done by fire damage by 5, 10, and 15%.

Deadly Venom- Requires One Handed weapons or Marksman AND Sneak at least 35.
Causes poisons with damaging effects to be affected by the damage multiplier upon
a successful sneak attack.

Lady Killer/Black Widow-
Just like Fallout, increases damage done to the opposite six by 5% and provides
unique dialog options when speaking to members of the opposite six.

Unconventional Warfare- Requires Marksman or One Handed weapons at least 20 and Alchemy at least 25.
Allows you to use raw ingredients on arrows to poison them.
Works best in conjunction with Deadly Venom.

Bring the Pain- Requires Endurance of at least 50.
When below 30% Health, damage taken is reduced by 50%.

Screwy Skyrim-
Similar to Wild Wasteland in New Vegas. Wacky and crazy things will appear in Skyrim where normal things
would appear otherwise.

New Nirn Order- Speechcraft of at least 75.
Upon taking this perk, rumors of a group of Nobles in both Tamrel and Akivir trying to take power from all the rulers
for themselves will arise and spread, and you can exploit it by telling shopkeepers and publicans they are being watched by this
mysterious organization to get discounts.

Annoying Personality- Personality < 35
In certain cases, you can annoy people into giving you what you want (be it information or other goodies).

Lovable Oaf- Intellect below 30.
Raises the Disposition of people that like jokes (in the speechcraft minigame) by 30.
Also gives you unique dialog in some cases.

Fire Storm- Destruction at least 50.
Increases the range of all Area of Effect Fire Spells by 5 yards, and makes you and all followers/guildmates immune to all damaging effects from the spells.

Bounty Hunter-
When you kill a bandit or marauder, you can find a ring on their corpse worth 10 gold each (can be turned into any Legion or Town Guard Captain).
(If Infamy is greater than Fame, the value of the rings are reduced to 5 gold each, because the guard hates you.)

Giant-
You get slightly larger with each rank, increasing your Strength by 5 and decreasing your Agility by 3 each time (overrides the 100 point cap, like spell effects).

Shortbread-
You get slightly smaller with each rank, decreasing your Strength by 3 and increasing your Agility by 5 each time (overrides the 100 point cap, like spell effects).

Here are some new ones:

Heavy handed- Hand to Hand > than 50
Makes you impossible to be staggered when charging a hand to hand power attack, increases the damage you deal with power attacks by 25% but increases the damage you take while performing a power attack by 50%.

Slight of Hand- Sneak > 60
Reduces the chance of being caught picking pockets by everyone by 25%.

Unstoppable Force- Athletics and Shields >50%
Allows you to sprint while your shield is out, and holding down the Shield's Attack button allows you to sprint with it out in front of you, allowing you to knock everyone over.

Trick Shot- Marksman > 50
Double Tapping the bow's Attack button allows you to use two arrows at the same time, the second arrow to hit something within a cone that will contract as your marksman skill levels up (as in, your chance of the two arrows hitting the same target doubles at 100 Marksman). The second arrow is not affected by the sneak attack damage multiplier.

False Alarm- Speechcraft > 60
You can now convince guards that something terrible is happening at a certain landmark around town, fooling them into leaving their posts for a short period of time so you can freely break the law. NOTE: if you try it on the same set of guards before a certain period of time, you will be arrested for willingly supplying the town guard with false information.

Carnivorous- Improves the positive effects that meats have on you, while reducing the positive effects of vegetables and fruits. The second rank of this perk removes any negative effects that meats have when consumed, but also removes any positive effect fruits and vegetables have. Its opposite would be Veganism.

thats all i got, what do you have?

Todd mentions that the perks in Skyrim will not be like the ones in Fallout. The perks will be based on your skills. For example; In the 1 hand skill tree, you have perks for maces, axes, and sword. If you spec into the sword tree, you'll get perks like having an increased chance for critical strikes. Maybe some of these perks might be in, but like I said, they're based on the skill tree.

please tell me you're not saying it's going to be like the talent trees in WoW.

if you are, then here's my response to it: damn.
