Anyone know of any unique armors? Like at the end of the fighters guild, one of the rewards is getting a helm that is a bears head, which i thought was pretty sweet. However, i haven't found any unique armors like this added by mods

But you were talking unique armors and the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, which isn't added by a mod, so wouldn't it make more sense to relate that to the UESP than a mod wiki?

I'm wondering what you mean with 'unique'. Every armor that is not a simple retexture is unique. Are you looking for weird looking armors? Or armors made of animal parts?

It would be a lot easier if you were to specify what kind of armor you are looking for. If you are looking solely for items like the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, there is http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=oblivionmods.detail&id=636, which adds lore artifacts from previous The Elder Scrolls games. If you are looking for armors with unique models, there are hundreds and hundreds of those on sites like http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.List&game=4 and http://www.tesnexus.com/. You can find armor sets with meshes made from scratch, like http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22794. But if that's the kind of "unique" armor you are looking for, like I said you'll have to specify. Do you prefer sets that fit in the TES lore? Sets that look more like actual medieval armor? Sets that are considered "sixy"?

You don't want to browse through hundreds of mods just to find the right ones, sure, but without any pointers you're basically asking people to do it for you...

Thanks for the links man, I'll be sure to chck them out. The kind of armor I'm poking for is just mostly different, a break fom the ordinary.

You still haven't really answered the question. Every modder-made armor is unique, you need to be more specific.

As to the other snarky remark, plenty of people post (mistakenly or otherwise) in the wrong section. Providing the UESP wiki is a valid answer for a very, very vague topic.
