Thanks for the help, I have taken a break from Oblivion for a while but I upgraded my computer and playing Oblivion again is the only thing on my mind

I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for a vampire mod, or a couple of mods that would give me the ability to join a vampire faction, but change the vanilla system so I can gain powers or abilities as I age as a vampire. I'm also looking for a mod that adds alot of vampire hunters to the wilderness and towns and maybe have a system like the bounty one but only for vampires.

Also a mod that allows the player to join an actual vampire hunter faction as well would be awesome. I want to start out being a hunter then becoming a vampire.

There is the Unholy Darkness mod that will hopefully be released soon that looks to be a more "classical" vampire system. The thread for that mod is still on he from page.

There is also Starx Vampires which gives a more fantasy vampire system. It's been updated recently and it's my personal favorite. I've been using it for months now :wub:

I agree with Allstarn08 that unholy darkness seems to be the best vampire mod from the player perspective.
If you also want to change vanilla vampires I also whole heartily recommend Starx vanilla vampires revised mod. UD does not change vanilla vampires som hopefully these two mod will be fully compatible.
Starx's mod does add a joinable vampire hunter faction, but I feel that part wasn’t completely fleshed out.
The only good vampire hunting mods I know of is "vampire hunting - order of the virtuous blood" which is designed to be compatible with "Order of the virtuous blood - expanded".
Just remember to grab the "starx - vampire hunting - order of the virtuous blood" patch.
