Okay, so the FPS drops and the screen tears when I'm inside taverns and mages guilds. I've seen this question asked before on other sites...anyone know a fix?

Those areas had FPS drops on real computers too. I remember the game being smooth everywhere on my Pentium 133MHz, except those places.

So just increase the amount of DOSBox cycles.
