I wish they'd bring back something like Silt Striders from Morrowind. Yes, you could fast travel between cities and towns, but you had to pay, and there was a reason behind it!

this is an old debate. it all ways come to the same conclusion. nothing is stopping people from not using fast travel and it would not be fair to restrict those who do. theres been talk about being able to toggle restrictions in the past but there nothing that stops people from untoggling it. I say its good to have an option no matter what.
