Are there any mods or anyway to make it so that time doesnt pass while sleeping?

That doesn't make any sense. Does time stand still while you're sleeping?

Yeah thats a pretty odd request lol, doubt anyone has made anything like that. May i ask why you want something like that? If its to get health back up without passing too much time i would look for something else.

I just want it so that when I sleep for 1hour to level up I don′t want time to advance that 1 hour. I′m using a real time mod and I want it so for the time I′m playing I want the game be the same time of day and everything.

Ah ok makes more sense then, doesn't something like that make it a pain to do a lot of quests though? With all the routines quest npcs have it must take a while to get em done. Kind of cool though.

I′ll try that Death thanks and yeah I thought it would be a pain but I′ve played Oblivion for a long long long time now and I thought I would start to change it up some more with no fast travel and all that stuff.
