I would prefer either Summerset isle or High rock again. I never played Daggerfall, but the more magick-based enemies that could be found there would be an interesting fight, and the land forms an interesting shape as well.

As of Summerset Isle, the problem is is that it seems limited. The size needn't be scaled to the map, but simply being an island would make it feel less free. Nevertheless, from the books I've read in TES:4 it seems like a great, interesting place. It would hold lots of importance to the lore. My second choice would be Elsweyr, because of the variation that could be invested into that, as well as it seems like a good place for a crisis to spontaneously take place.

I love Summerset and would love the next game to take place there, since my character is from there. Plus, the Psijics are nearby there. And it wouldn't be limited or less free, in my opinion. It'd be like how Vvardenfell was in TESIII. Modders added onto the map since it was surrounded by water. This would be perfect for TESVI since Summerset is surrounded by water and modders could use the water to create new provinces in far off exterior cells, like what they're doing with TESIII. And plus, since Summerset is surrounded by water, you wouldn't need any of those annoying invisible barriers. I sincerely hope, beg and dream that TESVI will be in Summerset Isle.

I'm a big fan of the Khajiit so I'd love to eventually explore their lands. I'm intrigued to see the many sub-races of Khajiit in action.

And by the way, Daggerfall took also place in Hammerfell.
