Wrye bash won't start

Wrye Bash refuses to start, a small box that says Initializing Modinfos pops up for a few seconds and freezes and then disappears, here's a http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/5281/errorsq.jpg of the bugdump I got from Wrye Bash

edit: What I've done so far -> Moved oblivion to C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks.... and turned off Vistas UAC
