Conquest mods, are there any out there, or in the works?

Mount and Blade: War Band has made me thirsty I'd kinda like it if you could "recruit" a private army and replace town leaderships plus the guard staff with a good old siege/attack.

Have the lords that work under you(or your own towns folk giving directly to you as a lord) give you tribute/taxes etc along with hiring new guard staff when they get killed in assaults.

Basically an expansion on the scourge of cyrodiil title.
