Doing another mod run (been a while). Apparently there are three or four different versions of the "Quest Award Leveller", and pretty much all of them don't have easily scanned documentation :p

So which mod should I use? I want to be able to level awards for the core game, SI, and all the official DLC (including KotN). Thanks.

That one looks like it handles the DLC, but does it cover SI? Thanks though.

Yes. That version extended the functionality of Quest Award Leveler which already covered all of the DLCs, SI and vanilla to include the most recently released DLC is all.
